Enjoy a yoga practice made to release life’s tensions. In this hour you will focus only on yourself. We use Sun Salutations to invigorate & strengthen the body and open the mind. Cultivate breath & body awareness, as we explore various poses by gently flowing from one pose to another. All that is needed is willingness to try something new and have fun! Leave all fears behind and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of our studio.
